Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for courteous and efficient Stewards to join our team in Kolkata. The role involves serving guests, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations with a customer-first approach. Fooding and Lodging provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests with seating and menu selection.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve promptly.
Ensure tables, cutlery, and service areas are clean and well-arranged.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely service.
Maintain hygiene and follow safety standards as per company policy.
Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
Support daily restaurant operations and management directives.

Requirements:

Minimum 10th/12th pass; Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
Prior experience as Steward/Waiter in restaurants/hotels will be an advantage.
Good communication in Hindi/Bengali; basic English preferred.
Presentable, polite, and customer service oriented.
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
