Stenographer (100-120 WPM steno)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Stenographer to provide high-quality transcription and administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent shorthand and typing speed, with the ability to handle confidential information and perform clerical duties efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take dictation using shorthand at a speed of 100–120 words per minute (WPM).
• Transcribe dictated material into clear and accurate written documents.
• Type and format documents, letters, reports, and minutes at a speed of 40+ words per minute (WPM).
• Maintain organized files and records of transcribed documents.
• Attend meetings and prepare accurate minutes as required.
• Manage scheduling, correspondence, and other clerical tasks.
• Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
• Coordinate with different departments for documentation and communication needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a stenographer or in a similar role.
• Shorthand speed: 100–120 WPM.
• Typing speed: 40+ WPM with high accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong command of English.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Minimum qualification: [Graduate].
