Role Summary

STEM education

Responsibilities

• Teach

  assigned science subject(s) (Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, or Mathematics) to higher secondary students.

• Prepare

  lesson plans, teaching materials, and student assessments aligned with the curriculum.

• Conduct

  interactive classroom sessions, practical experiments, and demonstrations to enhance learning.

• Evaluate

  student performance through tests, assignments, and projects, and provide constructive feedback.

• Foster

  critical thinking, problem-solving, and scientific curiosity among students.

• Collaborate

  with fellow teachers and school management for academic planning and extracurricular activities.

• Ensure

  a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree from an accredited university in any of the relevant subjects - Physics / Chemistry / Mathematics / Botany / Zoology (required).

• B.Ed qualification (preferred).
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Strong subject knowledge and passion for teaching.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.

• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and respectful learning environment for all students, with an understanding of and sensitivity to diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.

• Ability to adapt innovative teaching methodologies.
• Proficiency in or willingness to be trained in AI and Learning Management Systems like Google Classroom.

• Strong classroom management skills with an emphasis on creating a safe and positive space for all students.
