About the Role

STEM & Robotics Faculty

This role is for someone who believes learning is best when students build, break, and innovate.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct

  structured, engaging, and safe

  robotics/mechatronics/electronics sessions for students across grades.
• Teach students how to build working models using

  sensors, motors, controllers (Arduino/RPi), circuits, and simple machines

  .
• Guide students in

  design thinking

  , teamwork, and problem-solving.
• Help students participate in

  competitions, exhibitions, and innovation projects

  .
• Maintain and operate the

  school’s innovation lab

  equipment and kits.
• Ensure documentation of student progress and weekly reporting.
• Support in planning STEM events, demos, and parent showcase days.

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s in Engineering / Science (EEE / Mechatronics / Mechanical / Robotics preferred).
• Experience teaching or working with students is an advantage.
• Hands-on knowledge in

  any of the following

  :
• Robotics kits (EV3, Spike, or similar)
• Arduino / Raspberry Pi / Sensors
• Basic electronics and prototyping
• Mechanical design fundamentals
• Strong communication skills and classroom presence.
• Growth mindset — patient with beginners, inspiring for advanced learners.
