About the Role:
As a STEM Instructor, you will:
Deliver engaging, hands-on STEM lessons centered on electronics fundamentals (e.g. circuits, sensors) and basic coding tools like Scratch
Lead in-class experiments and small group projects that reinforce scientific concepts.
Explain “why it works” in simple and clear terms—your communication skills let you connect with students, peers, and parents alike.
Monitor student progress, give feedback, and adjust the pace or style as needed.
Support curriculum development, assist in developing classroom materials, and maintain safety and equipment upkeep.
Education & Eligibility:
Recently graduated with a B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics / Electrical / Mechatronics / Computer Science / engineering disciplines with a degree certificate.
Basic knowledge of electronics—understanding of circuits, resistors, capacitors, and microcontroller basics.
Skills & Traits:
Excellent written and verbal communication—you simplify ideas and build relationships in the classroom and beyond.
A natural teacher—comfortable guiding children or teens, explaining ideas patiently and clearly.
Problem-solving mindset: you think on your feet, welcome questions, and troubleshoot tech and student challenges.
Tech savvy: able to use basic software like MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity or hands‑on experience with tools such as Arduino, micro:bit, or Raspberry Pi is an advantage.
