Role Overview You will be joining Makerspace Masters as a full-time STEM Faculty located in Gurugram. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting interactive hands-on sessions in STEM fields like Robotics and Artificial Intelligence, delivering structured lesson plans, and engaging students in project-based learning. You will also collaborate with the curriculum development team, assist in maintaining lab equipment, and cultivate a culture of problem-solving and creativity among students. Key Responsibilities - Conduct interactive hands-on sessions in STEM fields such as Robotics and Artificial Intelligence - Deliver structured lesson plans and engage students in project-based learning - Collaborate with the curriculum development team - Assist in maintaining lab equipment and ensuring the safe and effective use of tools - Foster a culture of problem-solving and creativity among students Qualifications - Proficiency in STEM-related topics such as Robotics, AI, and basic Engineering principles - Skills in curriculum delivery, project-based learning, and student engagement - Experience in setting up and maintaining lab equipment and ensuring the safe and effective use of tools - Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management abilities - Degree in STEM Education, Engineering, or related fields is preferred - Passion for hands-on learning and nurturing creativity and problem-solving skills in students - Prior teaching or facilitation experience is a plus,
