STEM Faculty

You will be joining Podar Education Network as a STEM Faculty member at PIS Solapur, where you will have the opportunity to contribute to the innovative learning environment and positively impact the educational journey of our students in Ichalkaranji. As a full-time role, we are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for teaching STEM subjects, especially for Primary and Secondary education. Your qualifications should include excellent teaching skills in STEM subjects, with proven expertise in engaging and inspiring young learners. You must have experience as a Robotics Teacher, conducting interactive and innovative robotics classes, and be competent as a Computer Teacher, effectively teaching computer science concepts. Additionally, you should be able to manage and coordinate the Atal Tinkering Lab (ATL) as an Incharge, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating effectively with students, parents, and staff. You should be proficient in developing lesson plans and coursework aligned with various educational boards and standards, as well as implementing educational methodologies in a classroom setting. Your responsibilities will include designing and delivering an effective STEM curriculum that meets Podar's standards and educational goals. You will engage students in interactive and practical learning experiences in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics, while supervising and instructing them in robotics to foster innovation and problem-solving skills. Additionally, you will guide students in computer science to ensure comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the subject, as well as oversee the activities of the Atal Tinkering Lab to spark creativity and facilitate hands-on learning. Collaboration with other faculty members to enhance educational delivery and student performance in STEM subjects is encouraged. You will also be responsible for monitoring and assessing student progress, providing feedback and guidance to support their academic growth. Participation in meetings, workshops, and professional development opportunities is expected to continually improve your teaching practices.,
