As a Manager in Audit Service Delivery, you will be responsible for:

Audit Delivery & Client Engagement

Leading audit engagements through planning, execution, and completion stages, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

Managing engagement teams and performing reviews for private client audits.

Coordinating with global teams to resolve audit queries and maintain effective client communication.

Identifying opportunities to standardize and optimize audit processes across engagements for improved efficiency.

Allocating resources effectively and monitoring performance against audit standards.

Supporting transition of new engagements and services while maintaining high quality.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with global stakeholders to grow business opportunities.

Team Leadership & Development

Coaching and mentoring a team of Seniors and Associates to deliver high-quality, industry-specific work.

Monitoring key performance and quality metrics across teams.

Acting as a performance manager, providing continuous feedback and career guidance.

Leading performance development and feedback processes at both team and organizational levels.

Strategic Initiatives & Innovation

Driving knowledge development and industry-specific initiatives.

Participating in strategic firm-wide programs and corporate social responsibility efforts.

Enhancing operational effectiveness through improved utilization and process efficiencies.

Promoting a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Relevant audit experience of at least 7 years in case of possessing certifications other than CA
• Experience with Big 4/leading Audit firms or their shared service center would be preferred
• Experience in US Asset Management industry(Mutual Funds, Hedge Funds, Private Equity and Building Construction and Real Estate integrated and Non integrated financial statement audit.
• Experience with Big 4/leading Audit firms or their shared service center
• • A strong understanding of the Asset Management industry (Mutual Funds, Hedge Funds, Private Equity and Building Construction and Real Estate)
• • Worked on end-to-end audit and have experience with client communication
