Description

We are seeking a Statistical Modeling professional with 4-14 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing statistical models to drive business insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement statistical models to solve complex business problems.
Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights and support decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into statistical modeling projects.
Conduct validation and testing of models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

Strong knowledge of statistical techniques and methodologies, including regression analysis, time series forecasting, and predictive modeling.
Proficiency in statistical software such as R, Python, or SAS.
Experience with data manipulation and analysis using SQL or similar querying languages.
Understanding of machine learning algorithms and frameworks is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills to explain complex statistical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
A degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
