Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Station Supervisor located in Tundla, with the flexibility to work partially from home. The Station Supervisor will oversee and manage on-the-ground operations, ensuring seamless food delivery services to passengers. Key responsibilities include supervising staff activities at partner stations, coordinating with catering teams, delivering high-quality customer service, and addressing any operational concerns promptly. The role also involves providing training to team members and ensuring compliance with Zoop's quality standards.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and Training experience to effectively manage and develop team members
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with passengers and stakeholders efficiently
• Basic knowledge of station or logistical operations, or experience in the rail or transport industry is advantageous
• Adaptability with hybrid roles and the ability to balance onsite and remote responsibilities
• Relevant work experience or certifications in operations, hospitality, or management will be considered an asset
