State Head Technical

As the State Technical Head for the Credit Department, your primary responsibility will be leading and managing the technical aspects of department operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. This includes overseeing the development and maintenance of credit-related software, systems, and technological infrastructure. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and enhance credit scoring models, algorithms, and decision-making tools - Introduce new technologies to streamline credit processes and enhance data analytics capabilities - Lead and manage a team of technical professionals, providing guidance and support for their professional development - Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to enhance department capabilities - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to credit systems and applications - Provide technical expertise and support for credit-related projects and initiatives Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related field - Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in a technical leadership role within the credit or financial services industry - In-depth knowledge of credit scoring models, risk analytics, and credit decisioning processes - Proficiency in programming languages and database management - Strong understanding of data management, data integration, and data governance - Leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders - Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and technologies - Detail-oriented with a focus on system security and compliance - Adaptability to evolving technologies and industry best practices If you are interested in this position and meet the requirements, please share your CV at aamer.khan@herohfl.com.
