We are seeking a motivated and out of box thinker to lead our sales team as State Head - Kerala. You will be responsible for sales/marketing of Anjani Tek branded ceramic and glazed vitrified tiles. You will lead/mentor a team of sales executives who will be strategically located all over Kerala. You will be responsible to identify strong channel partners such as dealers, distributors, wholesalers, architects and builders. The job will be based out of Thiruvananthapuram/Kochi/Kozhikode but requiring frequent visits to all districts of Kerala as well as both factory locations. Maintaining strong financial discipline in channel partner credit amount and days is a must.
Constant collaboration with factory personnel is also required for supply chain management and product improvisation.
