Role Overview: You will be responsible for the sales of commercial vehicle (CV) finance for the state. Your main goal will be to achieve incremental growth in the Book Size and maintain the health of the book. Additionally, you will need to tie up with relevant sourcing agents in the industry, guide the team to achieve business targets, manage team productivity, monitor the sales process effectiveness, provide technical expertise to field sales staff, cross-sell products, and ensure Nil NPA. Moreover, you will pass on market intelligence and suggestions to senior management.
