State Head - Renewable Energy

State head would be responsible for min 1 GW of assets for designated state State head would work closely with WIND Business head.
- Must be a strong technical acumen & have good exposure on multi technology wind farms with min 18 - 25 years' experience.- Drive the performance of assets while improving MA and GA with primary focus on zeroing opportunity losses.- Regular Coordination with concerned staff for routine O&M activities and other works at clusters/plants.- Coordination with all the Dept./ wings at H.O., (interfacing with plants, organizing details.- Preparing, Processing, and monitoring the monthly budgets and coordinating for funds.- Accountable for effective monitoring of Operation & Maintenance of Wind Plants.- Develop the annual operating plan for the zone and responsible for-profit centre constantly to improve.- Accountable for achieving the Integrated Management System Objectives and Targets.- Reporting on the performance of the Integrated Management System to SBU Head Wind- O&M In-charge, Management Representative and Chief Information Security Officer,- Root Cause Analysis/ investigation of failures, corrective measures.Position Qualifications:- Should be a Masters/Graduate holder in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering with min 18 - 25 years of experience in wind industry.- Core competencies on WTG & BOP operations & maintenance.- Good understanding of wind plant operation and contractual arrangements.- Experience in managing portfolios of wind farm assets, developing productive partnerships, and staying attuned to industry trends and developments.- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.- Keen multi-tasking capabilities and organizational skills; attention to detail.- Ability to work well independently and as part of a cross-functional team.- Willingness to extensive travelling
