Team leadership : Build and lead a large team of professionals, including relationship managers, sales staff , and support staff, to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction. Customer Centric Approach Compliance and risk management : Ensure adherence to all regulatory and organizational compliance requirements and implement effective risk management practices.
