State Head - Bath Division - Mumbai

Role Overview: As a Sales Manager for Asian Paints" Bath Division in Mumbai, MH, your primary responsibility will be to drive and strengthen the division in the specified geography. You will focus on creating, nurturing, and managing dealer and distributor networks, engaging with stakeholders such as Plumbers and A/IDs to achieve the overall business objectives effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Develop monthly plans for the regions, focusing on product-wise and dealer-wise strategies, collaborating with the team and ensuring their implementation. - Collaborate with the SE to finalize NDOs in the designated region based on various parameters such as business potential and financial health. - Provide inputs for scheme preparation to the DGM and ensure the scheme's effectiveness in the assigned region. - Plan stock levels for the region and provide necessary data to meet range servicing requirements, including exceptional demand needs like Projects and C/D. - Drive demand generation initiatives and monitor primary and secondary sales at the state level. - Maintain sufficient levels of project inventory and follow prescribed processes. - Review Project Sales tracker regularly to make informed decisions based on data and trends. - Address dealer issues based on the dealer health card and resolve them promptly. - Engage with influencers in the region through Plumber meets and interactions with A/IDs. - Coordinate with stakeholders such as the Service team and marketing team to ensure seamless operations and timely resolutions. - Ensure benchmark material servicing levels to dealers through appropriate interventions. - Prepare and share comprehensive reports encompassing all relevant data cuts to facilitate informed decision-making. Qualifications Required: - Timeliness and comprehensiveness of Monthly reports. - Projects inventory level management. - Conversion ratios for Project Sites. - Retailing scorecard for dealers. - Material Servicing benchmark adherence. - Timeliness, accuracy, and comprehensiveness of data reporting.,
