Skills and Experience:

Post Graduate candidate with at least 7 years experience.
PhD holders with at least 3 years experience.
Experience in Project Planning/ Implementation/ Monitoring related to agriculture/ Natural resource management/ agri-food value chain development.
Experience of providing strategic guidance, Technical oversight, mentoring staff, building strong teams and leading the work independently.
Experience of engaging multiple stake holders like Government, NGOs, UN Agencies, Market Players and industry, community, etc. in the above areas.
Strong Proficiency of spoken and witting English and working proficiency in Hindi is essential.
High levels of computer literacy; competent use of Microsoft Office Package (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
