State Executive - Field Compliance & IoT

We are seeking a skilled professional to support the deployment, data analysis, and performance optimization of farm sprayer controllers. The role involves on-field installation, calibration, troubleshooting,post-installation data analysis,field audits,dispute handling,Documentation etc.
--- Key Responsibilities 1. Field Installation & Commissioning Install and configure farm sprayer controllers and related IoT/automation equipment on agricultural machinery. Conduct field tests to validate system performance and ensure compliance with agronomy requirements. Train operators on controller operation, safety, and maintenance. 2. Data Analysis & Reporting Collect operational data from controllers (spray volume, pressure, speed, GPS mapping, chemical usage, etc.). Analyze spray performance, efficiency, and coverage patterns to identify optimization opportunities. Prepare detailed reports and dashboards on machine performance and ROI benefits for management and clients. 3. Troubleshooting & Support Provide on-site and remote technical support to resolve controller-related issues. Diagnose hardware/software faults in controllers, sensors, and connectivity systems. Collaborate with R&D teams for firmware updates and product improvements. 4. Compliance & Safety Ensure installations follow safety guidelines for chemical handling and farm equipment. Adhere to company SOPs and regulatory requirements related to spraying equipment. Key Skills & Competencies Hands-on experience in electrical/electronic installation, calibration, and troubleshooting. Data analysis skills using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.Understanding of GPS/GIS mapping and farm mechanization.Excellent communication skills to interact with farmers, dealers, and internal teams. Ability to work independently in field conditions and travel extensively. To visit field and monitor process adherence.Mystery audit MIS reporting- field Machine audit (Asset management) and process.Field administration management to ensure safe and process oriented and healthy environment.Collection and Recovery.Field dispute settlement in coordination with operations and management. Investigate and resolve customer complaints and disputes in a timely manner.- Facilitate negotiation and resolution discussions between conflicting parties.- Develop and implement solutions to resolve complaints and disputes.- Document all actions taken during dispute resolution processes.- Negotiate and draft Parking space /Warehouse/stock room agreements and contracts.- Provide feedback and recommendations to management to help prevent future disputes.- Train and guide staff on dispute resolution techniques and procedures.- Create reports summarizing dispute resolution outcomes and trends.Represent the company in police / legal proceedings related to Dispute when necessary
