State Collection Manager

The State Collection Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the collection activities within a specific state or region. This role involves developing and implementing collection strategies, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and leading a team of collection specialists. The State Collection Manager plays a critical role in minimizing bad debt, maximizing recovery rates, and maintaining positive relationships with customers.

• Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive end-to-end collection performance across assigned states. 2.Monitor DPD buckets and implement strategies to reduce credit losses. 3.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing field collections team. 4.Collaborate with legal teams for effective recovery through legal tools. 5.Achieve monthly and quarterly collection targets. 6.Conduct field visits for bounced, overdue, and critical accounts.
