Roles and Responsibilities

Business Loan a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets for BIL Loans
Develop and implement effective strategies to increase market share and revenue growth in the assigned territory.
Build strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and other stakeholders to drive business opportunities.
Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to identify areas of improvement and provide coaching/training as needed.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
