Role Description

This is a contract-based hybrid role for a Startup Equity Specialist, located in New Delhi with the flexibility to work from home occasionally. The key responsibilities include managing and evaluating equity plans, conducting financial analyses related to startup investments, and staying informed about market trends and investment opportunities. The role also requires the execution of equity-related transactions, collaboration with internal teams investors, and providing strategic insights to enhance investment strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Equities, Trading, and related market operations
• In-depth knowledge of Finance and Investments with analytical capabilities
• Proficiency in conducting comprehensive Research to support equity and trading decisions.
• Good Contact base on working with Investors
• Excellent problem-solving, numerical, and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in startup equity programs or venture capital is a plus
