Job Description

In this role at Capgemini, you will be joining as an experienced Resource Manager to be a part of the Resource Supply Chain (RSC) global initiative. Your key responsibility will be to effectively manage the available pool of resources and talent, ensuring the supply of resources matches the demand and that the right resources with the right skills are available at the right time. Your role will involve various tasks including: - Demand & Supply Management - Bench Management (Supply) - Demand fulfilment through internal resources - Validation of requisition as per Approval Matrix & Practice Guideline - Resource Allocation to project and staffing of demand - Enhancing Internal Mobility - Cost Center changes between inter & intra Entities - Supervisor & reviewer change - Communicating employees to update Skill & CV in the Portal - SubCon Management Your Profile will involve tasks such as demand validation, tracking demands for promotions, ensuring adherence to demand approval process, cleaning up demands, tracking future roll-offs, following HR policies for rolled-off employees, finding suitable opportunities for bench people, and adhering to standard procedures related to bench management.
