Job Description

As an Accountable for BU Demand Fulfilment, your role involves managing end-to-end demand fulfilment for both internal and external requirements. This includes capturing demands, allocating resources, and ensuring fulfilment for the Accounts and BU through proactive hiring and utilizing available options within the pool. You will also be responsible for tracking and publishing Fulfilment Reports, monitoring ramp-ups and ramp-downs, and facilitating associate movement within the BU/account as needed. Additionally, you will interface and coordinate with various stakeholders such as Account PMO, Practice Staffing, BUC, and recruitment teams for effective demand fulfilment activities. Your role will also involve data analysis, reporting on demand status, representing BU in RMG calls, managing roll-offs, internal rotations, and conducting trend analysis for productivity improvement and margin enhancement. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end demand fulfilment process for Accounts and BU - Track and publish Fulfilment Reports - Coordinate with various stakeholders for demand fulfilment activities - Conduct data analysis and reporting on demand status - Manage roll-offs and internal rotations within BU - Conduct trend analysis for productivity improvement - Assess BU Demand and Supply situations and suggest solutions Qualifications Required: - Good working knowledge of FS GBU applications and processes like R2D2 and Clarity - Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Excel / PowerPoint) - Ability to handle resourcing, staffing, and communication effectively - Prior experience in a similar role - Excellent Stakeholder Management and communication skills - Expertise in MIS Reporting and Database management As an Accountable for BU Demand Fulfilment, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient demand fulfilment processes and contributing to the overall success of the BU. Your expertise in managing demands, coordinating with stakeholders, and analyzing data will be essential in driving productivity improvements and margin enhancements.,
