Job Description

In this role, you will be accountable for BU Demand Fulfilment, managing end-to-end processes regardless of whether the demand is internal or in an external queue. Your responsibilities will include capturing demand, allocation, working with available options for Accounts and BU, proactive hiring, and tracking and publishing Fulfilment Reports. You will need to closely monitor ramp-ups and ramp-downs and facilitate associate movement within the BU/account as needed across different locations. In addition, you will interface and coordinate with Account PMO, Practice Staffing, BUC, and recruitment for various activities. Data analysis and effective reporting on demands and fulfilment status will also be crucial tasks. Your role will involve representing the BU in RMG Calls, managing roll-offs within the BU, handling internal rotations geographically, conducting trend analysis of productivity ratio, and suggesting ways for improvement. Furthermore, you will need to comprehend margin improvement plans/initiatives and propose enhancements or new dimensions for critical KPIs. Assessing BU Demand and Supply situations and offering solutions will also be part of your responsibilities.
