Staff Technical Project Manager

As a Technical Project Manager in ARMs Solutions Engineering Group, your role will involve driving Physical IP development to deliver advanced solutions for implementation of complex SoC designs. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Project Management of Physical IP development, working closely with Engineering Tech Leads to ensure on-time delivery of quality IP solutions - Being the point of contact for all project-related matters and maintaining project plans and schedules - Communicating project status, analyzing issues & risks, recommending mitigation plans, and driving alignment across teams for project success - Managing resolution of change requests and handling multiple projects in parallel To be successful in this role, you will need: - Minimum Bachelors degree or equivalent experience (Electrical Engineering preferred) - 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with some experience in semiconductor IP development projects - Relevant project management experience or strong project management components in engineering roles - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to articulate vision and influence decision making across different teams - Ability to operate independently, handle changing priorities, and achieve targets Nice to have skills and experience include an understanding of IP development flows and methodologies, awareness of Physical design trends, and knowledge of project management tools like Jira & MS Project.
