Staff Technical Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently run sub-projects of programs or own short-term projects.
• Gather input from stakeholders and leverage it to influence technical decisions and refine processes.
• Break down projects effectively and communicate plans/progress to teams and leadership.
• Implement both Waterfall and Agile frameworks depending on project requirements.
• Define and deliver technical roadmaps for larger projects, often involving cross-team dependencies.
• Execute defined projects to achieve team-level goals.
• Define solutions or utilize existing approaches to solve technical problems.
• Apply components of process frameworks for assigned sub-projects.
• Identify risks and issues and manage mitigation/resolution strategies.
• Organize daily stand-ups, scrum calls, and other project ceremonies.
• Prioritize tasks while adhering to scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Manage escalations (internal & external) where applicable.
• Collaborate across teams and stakeholders.
• Consider customer needs to make informed and timely decisions, contributing to key metrics.
