Staff Specialist IT

Role Overview: As a Senior Staff Specialist at Infineon, you will serve as a product owner within the Infineon Developer Center, focusing on the central Software Provisioning Platform. Your key responsibilities will include actively contributing to platform development, guiding the technical team, ensuring successful project delivery, team leadership, project management, and stakeholder management. Joining the global IT team, you will play a crucial role in Infineon's transition to agile software development and digitalization of products and services. Key Responsibilities: - Actively contribute to the backend and/or frontend development of the Infineon Developer Center - Collaborate with a global team to develop and operate applications for software provisioning to customers - Build strong relationships with business customers and collaboration partners - Bring 5 years of professional experience in Software Development, Continuous Integration, agile development, and designing scaling architectures - Demonstrate expertise in the software development lifecycle and application management lifecycle Qualification Required: - Bachelor or Master's degree in Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent - Strong experience in deploying customer-facing platforms and high-scaling containerized cloud applications or expertise in frontend technologies - Proficiency in fundamental design principles for scalable applications and infrastructure - Hands-on experience with IT operations tools like GitLab or equivalent for configuration management, source code quality metrics, and test automation - Passion for writing clean, readable code - Solid experience in Go and/or frontend technologies, especially vue.js - Ability to establish effective working relationships within a global team and with external partners - Dedication to providing excellent user experiences and customer orientation - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English (written and spoken) Additional Company Details: Infineon is a global leader in semiconductor solutions for power systems and IoT, driving decarbonization and digitalization.
