We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Staff Specialist to join our team at Infineon Developer Center, acting as a product owner within our central Software Provisioning Platform. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the development of the platform, providing guidance to the technical team, and ensuring the successful delivery of the project. Your responsibilities will include team leadership, project management, and stakeholder management as our global IT team leads Infineon's transformation towards agile software development and digitalization of products and services. In your new role, you will actively contribute to the backend and/or frontend development of the Infineon Developer Center, collaborating with a global team to develop and operate applications that facilitate software provisioning to our customers. Building strong relationships with business customers and collaboration partners will also be a key aspect of your role. To excel in this position, you should have at least 5 years of professional experience in Software Development, Continuous Integration, agile development, and designing scaling architectures. A solid background in the software development lifecycle, application management lifecycle, and experience in deploying customer-facing platforms and high-scaling containerized cloud applications or frontend technologies is essential. You should possess a Bachelor or Master's degree in Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent, along with a passion for writing clean, readable source code. Moreover, you should have hands-on experience with IT operations tools such as GitLab or equivalent for configuration management, source code quality metrics, and test automation. Proficiency in Go and/or frontend technologies, especially vue.js, is highly desirable. Your track record should demonstrate your ability to apply fundamental design principles for scalable applications and infrastructure. Effective communication skills, both written and spoken in English, are essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
