Staff Specialist IT

We are looking for a data center professional to manage local operations, handle incidents, and process change requests while contributing to global projects and discussions. You'll collaborate with local facility teams and other departments to ensure stable operations, adhering to global standards and OLAs. Join our global team to shape data center design, build, and run processes worldwide, making a significant impact on our international infrastructure.In your new role you will:

• Day to day operations in local data center including incident, change requests and service requests
• Involvement in global data center projects, discussions and operations
• Alignment with local facility team and other departments to ensure stable data center operations
• Ensure data center is setup and run according to global standards and OLA
• Responsible for data center design, build and run globally with global team
  

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, -Information Technology, or Electrical/Electronic.
• Proven experience with at least 3-5 years of building and running data center operations.
• Deep knowledge in data center capacity planning in terms of power, cooling and space.
• Server hardware and firmware management with at least 2 years experience.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
