In your new role you will: You work closely and collaborate with international teams of Business users, Product owners and developers to translate requirements into effective solutions in the area of Microsoft Dynamics CRM & Power BI Runs & Executes Operational Activities such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management and SLA in the area of Microsoft Dynamics and Power Bi and Power Platform Perform feasibility analysis, scope projects to prioritize deliverables and product functionalities Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution Partner with Internal & External to develop functional specifications for Business Requirements Support & Execute writing User story, Design, Development and Test Management for Operational and Project Activities Manage projects for proof of concepts and development/configurations of prototypes together with internal and external experts within Power Platform Ensure overall operations of Power Platform in close cooperation with internal and external suppliers Present and discuss results on different management levels within IT and with our internal customers Identifies, analyzes and executes improvement initiatives Y ou are best equipped for this task if you have: A bachelor s or master s degree in information technology/computer science & computer engineering or equivalent 2 to 5 years of experience, in the area of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Power Bi Work experience in Requirements Engineering domain is preferable. Experience in Communicating and Coordinating with internal business customers and other IT analysts to determine software requirements and system impacts Sound knowledge of OOB Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules and the functional configurations and capabilities of the product Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI Experience in designing, configuration and customizations on Dynamics365 CRM A good understanding of DevOps processes and approach Agile methodology experience such as epics, user stories, features, MVP Understanding of Azure Devops tool for Requirement engineering, Test Management & Deployment Ability to support Business stakeholders in the preparation and validation of UAT testing activities Fluent English language skills, basic German language skills would be a plus Contact: chowta.external@infineon.com #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
