Staff Specialist - Digital Transformation, Teamcenter

As a Digital Transformation Consultant at HARMAN Automotive, your role is crucial in defining and executing the digital transformation strategy across PLM, Quality, CAD, and Manufacturing solutions. Your responsibilities include: - Developing and implementing a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with the company's objectives. - Identifying and evaluating emerging technologies like IoT, AI, machine learning, cloud computing, and digital twins for operational impact assessment. - Providing thought leadership and guidance on digital transformation best practices. - Creating roadmaps and business cases for senior management review. - Analyzing and optimizing existing workflows for improvements through digital technology application. - Leading the selection, implementation, and integration of new digital tools and platforms. - Ensuring seamless data flow and integration across systems and departments. - Establishing and maintaining data governance and security standards. - Driving change management initiatives for smooth adoption of new technologies. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve digital transformation goals. - Providing training and support to employees on new digital tools. - Establishing KPIs to measure the success of digital transformation initiatives. - Monitoring progress, addressing challenges, and providing insights for continuous improvement. - Managing budget and resources effectively. To be successful in this role, you should have: - Minimum of 15+ years of experience in PLM, Quality, CAD, and/or Manufacturing with a track record in leading digital transformation. - Deep understanding of PLM, Quality, CAD, and manufacturing processes and technologies. - Strong knowledge of emerging digital technologies in manufacturing. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. - Experience with Industry 4.0 concepts. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Bonus points if you have: - Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. - Experience with statistical analysis tools, programming languages, AI/ML implementations, digital twin development, and relevant certifications. In addition to the above, you should be willing to travel for client engagements and work in the Bangalore office.
