Job Summary:
The Staff Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for both patients and staff. This role involves coordinating patient care, monitoring vital signs, administering medication, providing patient education, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to promote a seamless care experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care:
• Assess, plan, and implement nursing care plans for patients based on their needs.
• Monitor and record vital signs, assess patient responses, and report any changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and the healthcare team to ensure patient needs are met.
• Documentation:
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, including notes on observations, treatments, and care provided.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies in record-keeping.
• Patient Education:
• Provide patient and family education on managing conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care post-discharge.
• Encourage patient participation in their own care through effective communication and guidance.
• Safety and Infection Control:
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to hospital hygiene and safety protocols.
• Follow infection control procedures to protect patients, staff, and visitors.
• Professional Development:
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain nursing skills and knowledge.
• Stay updated with the latest nursing practices, procedures, and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

• Education: GNM Nursing OR BSC Nursing
• Experience: 0-5 Years
• Skills: Strong patient care skills, attention to detail, communication, empathy, and adaptability.

Work Environment:

• Hospital or clinical setting with shift-based work schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
