Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and skilled Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in accordance with established medical protocols and facility standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.
Observe, assess, and document patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
Assist doctors during examinations, treatments, and procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with hospital policies.
Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment for patients.
Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuous professional development.
Respond promptly and effectively in emergency situations.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Nursing (GNM/B.Sc Nursing ).
Valid Nursing Registration (State Nursing Council registration required).
Strong knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
