Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily administrative operations of both centers
  • Ensure smooth functioning and coordination between both sites
  • Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and basic HR functions
  • Maintain records, reports, and documentation as required
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure compliance with operational protocols
  • Monitor maintenance, logistics, and procurement needs of both centers
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and government authorities when needed
  • Support planning and execution of programs and activities
  • Travel between centers and other locations for official work as required

    Requirements
    • MSW (Community Development) or MSW HR preferred
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in administration or operations management
    • Strong leadership and multitasking skills
    • Proficient in MS Office and report preparation
    • Fluent in Malayalam and English
    • Willingness to travel regularly for work-related needs
