Job Title: Staff Nurse (Home Care)

Salary: Based on experience
Shift Timing: 8 Hours (Rotational Shift)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse for home care services in the Khamla, Pande Layout, Nagpur area. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of nursing experience and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare in a home setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes.
• Monitor patient health and record vital signs.
• Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
• Assist with personal hygiene, mobility, feeding, and other daily activities.
• Educate patients and families about on-going care and treatment plans.
• Coordinate with physicians and healthcare providers as needed.
• Maintain accurate medical records and patient documentation.
• Follow proper infection control procedures and maintain a safe environment.

Requirements:

• ANM/GNM/Bsc. Nursing or equivalent qualification.
• Registered Nurse with appropriate Nursing Council.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in home care or general nursing.
• Strong clinical and observational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and reliable.
