Staff Nurse

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients.
• Monitor vital signs, oxygen levels, ventilators, and infusion pumps.
• Administer medications and intravenous fluids as prescribed.
• Identify and respond promptly to life-threatening situations (e.g., cardiac arrest, respiratory failure).
• Assist in intubation, extubation, suctioning, and other ICU procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of patient conditions, medications, and treatments.
• Ensure strict infection control practices and maintain a sterile environment.
• Collaborate with doctors, anesthetists, and specialists in patient management.
• Record nursing notes, progress reports, and treatment charts.
• Report changes in patient status immediately to the physician or ICU Incharge.
• Maintain proper handover during shift changes.
• Operate and maintain ICU equipment (ventilators, cardiac monitors, defibrillators, syringe pumps, dialysis machines, etc.).
• Report malfunctioning equipment to biomedical/maintenance immediately.
• Educate and support patient families regarding ICU protocols.
• Provide emotional support and counseling when required.
• Participate in ICU rounds and interdisciplinary discussions.
• Follow hospital policies, safety protocols, and nursing standards.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior nurses and nursing students.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
