    • Job Summary

    We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate hospital staff member with prior nursing experience to join our healthcare team in Ambikapur. The ideal candidate will assist in patient care, support nursing staff, and ensure smooth day-to-day hospital operations.


    • Key Responsibilities

    Assist doctors and nurses in patient care and ward management

    Support in basic nursing duties such as checking vitals, administering medicines (under supervision), and maintaining patient records

    Help in patient movement, admission, and discharge process

    Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in patient areas

    Provide compassionate care and emotional support to patients and families

    Follow hospital protocols, safety standards, and supervisor instructions


    • Qualifications & Skills

    Minimum qualification: 12th pass

    Prior Nursing Or Hospital Work Experience Preferred

    Basic knowledge of patient care and nursing assistance

    Good Communication And Interpersonal Skills

    Compassionate, hardworking, and team-oriented
