Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse (Bedside) to provide direct patient care and support in a hospital/clinical setting in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality nursing services, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the best outcomes for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide bedside nursing care to patients, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity.
• Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress, and promptly report changes to physicians.
• Administer medications, injections, and IV therapies as prescribed.
• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update charts regularly.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care, medications, and health management.
• Follow infection control protocols and hospital safety standards.
• Provide emotional support and build trust with patients and families.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Registration: Valid Nursing Council registration (Andhra Pradesh Nursing Council preferred).
• Experience: 0–3 years (freshers with internship/clinical experience may apply).
• Strong patient-care and communication skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and under pressure.
