Key Responsibilities
- Define and govern standardized infrastructure processes in collaboration with network, midrange, and IVM tower leads.
- Act as a process owner and governance lead, monitoring process maturity, risk areas, and cross-domain alignment.
- Design and drive LEAN Bowler metrics and dashboards to measure infrastructure performance, especially Level 3 IT infrastructures like Network, security, Compute/Storage, Cloud etc
- Coordinate process improvement and audit-readiness projects with clear milestones, risks, and success metrics.
- Track project progress using standard project management methodologies; provide escalation and support as needed.
- Create executive-ready presentations post derived analytics for governance, risk, and performance reviews.
- Facilitate governance reviews and forums to present findings, enforce process adherence, and drive accountability.
Key Areas Of Expertise
- Cross-domain infrastructure exposure: network, midrange, cloud, CMDB, DR/BCP, IVM
- Strong grasp of LEAN principles and Bowler metric dashboards in IT operations
- Experience in project management (PMP, Agile, or equivalent experience preferred)
- Working experience on tools like smartsheet, buildsmart, ServiceNow etc
- Proven ability to lead without authority in a matrixed, multi-vendor environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Hands-on experience with compliance governance, audits, and risk controls
- Strong documentation, reporting, and C-level communication skills
Candidate Profile
- 1215 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or service governance
- Demonstrated success as an individual contributor in process-driven roles
- Skilled in defining and governing Bowler metrics and performance tracking for IT towers
- Strong project management and analytical capabilities to discuss with track leads on inadequacies and corrective action plans.
- ITIL Foundation or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint automation into POWER BI dashboards, etc and project tracking tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Buildsmart, Confluence, etc)
- As IC willing to learn and adopt new technologies
