Job Title: Senior Manager Contracts Location: Mumbai (with regular interface for Dubai project procurement) Experience: 15+ years | Sector: Luxury Real Estate / EPC Company: Raveshia Group Role Overview: Raveshia Group is seeking a strategic and commercially astute leader to take full ownership of contracts and procurement across two landmark residential developments Astoria (Mumbai) and Ashwood (Dubai). This is a senior role at the intersection of legal, design, execution, and board-level commercial oversight. Key Responsibilities: Lead all contract drafting, negotiations, and finalisations for both India and UAE projects, across design consultants, contractors, and vendors. Build and manage a procurement strategy spanning premium packages (faade, elevators, interiors, smart systems, imported finishes) with accountability from tender to final delivery. Ensure contracts adhere to RERA/MOFA (India) and Dubai RERA/FIDIC (UAE) regulatory standards and commercial best practices. Align procurement planning with project execution timelines, budgets, and critical path milestones. Interface with senior stakeholders including legal advisors, project directors, PMCs, and the executive team on all commercial matters. Set up systems and governance for cross-border procurement, including vendor onboarding, payment structuring, and compliance. Candidate Profile: Contracts and procurement specialist with 15+ years in real estate or infrastructure, including high-rise or luxury residential projects. Experienced in international contracting, ideally with exposure to the Dubai or GCC real estate market. Fluent in legal frameworks and commercial negotiations. Skilled at managing complex packages, multiple consultants, and aggressive timelines. Comfortable with board-level responsibilities and mentoring teams. Minimum Qualifications & Technical Skills: Educational : B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Construction Management Preferred : PG in Contracts Management, LLB, or MBA (Commercial/Legal focus) Certifications : MRICS, RICS, or PMP (added advantage) Contracting Frameworks : RERA, MOFA, FIDIC, EPC Tools : Proficient in Excel-based commercial models, tender comparison sheets, and ERP-based procurement systems (SAP/Oracle/BuildSmart or equivalent) Why Join Us: Direct impact on two high-profile, premium residential developments.
