About the Role:


We are looking for an experienced engineer to join our Product Support team for Prisma Access (SASE). The role involves driving technical supportability, troubleshooting, and process improvements, working closely with Engineering, Product Management, and GCS teams. You will lead support initiatives, create automation tools, and ensure smooth customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integrate supportability and usability requirements into the product lifecycle
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and drive resolution with Engineering/Product teams
  • Develop automation tools and optimize support processes
  • Create technical documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and guide others on problem-solving

Requirements:

  • B.S./M.S. in Computer Science or Engineering
  • 8-10 years in Technical Support, SRE, DevOps, or Supportability Engineering
  • Strong networking, cybersecurity, and SD-WAN knowledge
  • Hands-on with CI/CD, Agile processes, and automation tooling
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
  • Experience with Prisma Access platform preferred
