As a CyberArk Operations Support Analyst within the Global Managed Service - Privileged Identity and Access Management team, your primary responsibility will be to support the daily operations of the CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform. This will involve overseeing the CyberArk infrastructure, monitoring system performance, and offering initial support to address issues related to privileged account management. The ideal candidate should possess a basic grasp of cybersecurity principles and be enthusiastic about expanding their knowledge and expertise in the field. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in the management and upkeep of the CyberArk PAM solution, which encompasses the supervision of safes, platforms, and policies. You will be tasked with monitoring the performance and health of the CyberArk environment, promptly responding to alerts and notifications. Additionally, you will provide initial support for matters concerning privileged account access, such as password checkouts, session management, and account onboarding. Collaborating with the cybersecurity team, you will play a vital role in implementing enhancements and updates to the CyberArk infrastructure. Documenting standard operating procedures, system configurations, and incident reports will also be part of your duties. Furthermore, you will contribute to the development and execution of training and awareness initiatives for CyberArk users and support internal and external audits by furnishing the necessary documentation and evidence related to CyberArk operations. Staying abreast of the latest CyberArk features, updates, and industry best practices is essential, and you will be responsible for routine maintenance tasks like patching, upgrades, and backups of the CyberArk environment. Preferred skills for this role include a foundational understanding of cybersecurity principles, familiarity with Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems, knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, and previous experience with CyberArk or other PAM solutions, though not mandatory. Possessing certifications such as CyberArk Defender or Sentry is desirable but not obligatory for entry-level candidates. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Additionally, you should be willing to travel as needed, be available as an on-call support engineer, work occasional overtime, and be open to working in shifts when required.
