Position Overview: We are seeking a detailed and motivated Staff Accountant to join our Finance team. A person with a positive can-do attitude with the eagerness to learn. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and analyzing the company s receivables and billing processes. Working directly with customers to collect and review receivables. Manage timely collections of outstanding invoices. Maintain accurate customer account information and resolve discrepancies. Utilize software to perform billing functions and invoice accurately to the customer. Must be detail-oriented in analysis of invoice creation and submission. Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues and improve processes. About the product: Your Impact: Direct impact on the cash position of the company. Impact with our customers and building a professional relationship in collection and billing efforts. Ensure all billing functions are completed for revenue recognition at month-end. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate billing and collection efforts. What you bring: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus. 2-4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or public accounting environment. Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., Quickbooks, NetSuite, SAP). High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
