About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior SDET with strong experience in test automation and test data management (TDM). The ideal candidate will have expertise in building robust automation frameworks, scripting, and integrating TDM solutions like GenRocket or Delphix to enhance test coverage and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks using Java/Python/C# or other relevant programming languages. Implement and execute automated test scripts for functional, integration, and regression testing. Collaborate with development, DevOps, and QA teams to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines. Work with TDM tools ( GenRocket , Delphix , etc.) to manage, provision, and mask test data for different environments. Analyze test results, debug failures, and provide detailed reports on issues. Implement best practices for test data creation, maintenance, and compliance with industry regulations. Continuously improve automation strategies to reduce manual effort and improve software quality.
