Job Description

SMARTCAD is looking for a passionate and skilled STAAD Pro Trainer to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in STAAD Pro and AutoCAD, along with an interest in teaching and mentoring students. The candidate will be responsible for conducting effective training sessions, developing course materials, and ensuring students gain practical and industry-ready skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on STAAD Pro and AutoCAD.
Develop, update, and maintain training materials, lesson plans, and exercises.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Guide students on real-time projects and structural analysis concepts.
Stay updated with the latest tools and techniques in STAAD Pro and AutoCAD.
Ensure an engaging and interactive learning environment.

Key Skills:

Expertise in STAAD Pro and AutoCAD.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Patience and a passion for teaching.

Qualifications:

Civil / Diploma / Engineering background.
Prior experience as a STAAD Pro trainer or in a related structural design role is preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
