DESIRED SKILL:

Review of secretarialdocuments viz board meeting documents, Shareholders meeting documents, etc.
Sound knowledge of FEMAand company laws
Primarily responsiblefor compliance of secretarial matters on time
Client Engagement andTeam Management
Tracking &Monitoring statutory deadlines of secretarial matters

To be tailor-fit forthe above skillsets, you need to have,

Qualified CS
Preferably with LLB
