SSE / Lead / Associate Consultant - PowerApp, PowerBI & Data Verse

Role Summary

• Looking for a skilled Power BI, SQL Data Engineer & PowerApps Developer to design, develop, and maintain data-driven solutions and low-code applications
• The role involves building scalable data models, interactive dashboards, and business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform, with a strong focus on Dataverse, and Power BI analytics & Power Apps

Key Responsibilities

• Power BI & AnalyticsDesign, develop, and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards
• Create and optimize data models, DAX calculations, and KPIs
• Connect Power BI to multiple data sources including SQL databases and Dataverse
• Ensure report performance, data accuracy, and security best practices
• SQL & Data EngineeringDevelop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and views
• Design and implement ETL/data transformation pipelines
• Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity
• Support data integration across enterprise systems
• PowerApps DevelopmentBuild and enhance PowerApps (Canvas and Model-driven apps)
• Integrate PowerApps with Dataverse, SQL, and external data sources
• Implement business logic, validations, and UI/UX best practices
• Maintain and improve existing applications based on user feedback
• DataverseDesign Dataverse tables, relationships, and data models
• Manage security roles, access controls, and data governance
• Support integration with Power Automate and Power BI

Required Primary Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, or a related field
• Proven experience with:oPower BI (DAX, data modelling, visualization)oSQL (complex queries, performance tuning, ETL)oPowerApps oDataverseStrong understanding of data engineering concepts and BI best practices
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Secondary Skills:

• Experience with Power AutomateExposure to Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, or Synapse AnalyticsFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum delivery modelsMicrosoft Power Platform certifications
