SSDE /Lead Java- ZopSmart

As an experienced software developer with 7+ years of experience and leadership skills, you will be a valuable addition to the team at Zopsmart. Your main responsibilities will include working with a team of senior and junior Developers, collaborating with a Scrum Master to manage agile ceremonies, and striving towards quarterly and annual business targets set by Product and Business owners. You will also receive support and guidance from offshore and onshore Software Architects to align technical architectures and report to the Team Lead Java Backend for professional growth. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with a team of Developers and a Scrum Master to achieve business targets - Work on technical architectures and align suggestions with the team - Report to the Team Lead Java Backend for career development Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of software development experience with 1+ year in a leadership role - Proficiency in Problem Solving, Analytical thinking, Data Structures, and Algorithms - Hands-on experience in Java, SpringBoot, microservices, Git, code reviews, Databases (SQL/NoSQL), Caches, and Event Driven Systems - Familiarity with CI/CD, Containerized applications in Cloud (Azure/Google Cloud/AWS) - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Team player mindset with leadership capabilities Additional Company Details: Zopsmart is a leading ECommerce-Technology company that empowers regional leaders in ecommerce and retail industries to drive innovation and disruption.
