SSDE /Lead Java- ZopSmart

As an ECommerce-Technology leader at Zopsmart, you will be instrumental in assisting regional leaders in ecommerce and retail giants to become the next disruptors and innovators, achieving remarkable milestones of the next million transactions and next billion dollars in revenue. ZopSmart is experiencing rapid growth, with an increase of more than 150% in size. You will be part of a dynamic team comprising senior and junior Developers, supported by a Scrum Master who orchestrates agile ceremonies to work towards quarterly and annual business targets set by the Product and Business owners. Collaborating with offshore and onshore Software Architects, you will align your technical architecture proposals. Reporting to the Team Lead Java Backend, you will have the opportunity for regular professional growth. To be eligible for this role, you should possess at least 7 years of experience in software development and programming, including a minimum of 1 year in leading a team of developers. Working from the office is a requirement for this position. You must demonstrate proficiency in Problem Solving, Analytical Thinking, Data Structures, and Algorithms. Your expertise should extend to hands-on coding in Java, SpringBoot, and microservices, with a clear understanding of the development process utilizing Git and conducting code reviews. Additionally, you should excel in developing solutions using Databases (SQL/NoSQL), Caches, and Event Driven Systems. Experience in CI/CD and developing Containerized applications in Cloud platforms like Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS is essential. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial, along with a collaborative team player attitude and the ability to take on leadership roles as needed. Desirable qualifications include the flexibility to travel as required in a suitable environment, preferably with a valid US Business Visa. Experience in working on high-scale distributed systems and conducting training and up-skilling camps would be advantageous.,
