Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair camera issues, including lens, sensor, and other components.
Responsible for the inspection, repair, preventive maintenance and trouble shooting at the customer site or at Workshop.
Support of the customer regarding technical problems.
Ordering of spare parts when required with customer approval.
Installation of modifications when required.
Writing of technical reports, recording any customer complaints and forwarding to the responsible department.

Must have good communication skills.
Should be a team player
Should ready to take responsibility to the new projects
